Anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and  family issues can happen to anyone.  We are often so busy that we don't take the time we need to care for ourselves. Stressors can lead to challenges, and we sometimes feel very alone. I invite you to come in to work through your issues. Together, we can look at how to best use your strengths to make the changes you want the most. As you increase in self-awareness, you may discover how habitual thinking and behavior patterns are sabatoging your relationships, your self-esteem, and your ability to achieve your goals. 

If you decide to try counselling, it is vital that you find a counsellor that is a good fit for you. If you are ready for positive change in your life, I commit to partnering with you in a caring and respectful way.

When I work with couples or families, my experience has been that one hour sessions go by too quickly for everyone to have the opportunity to be heard. If you are booking for a couple/family, please choose the 90 minute option. 

Following are the insurance companies that allow electronic predeterminations as well as direct billing: Green Shield, Blue Cross, ASEBP, Medavie Blue Cross and Great West Life. If you book an appointment, and you would like me to do a predetermination on your behalf, text a picture of your benefits card to 780-909-8379. I also need birthdates of the client and primary card holder. Once I receive the amount of coverage you have from your insurance company, I will text that information to you. 

Unless you are covered under one of the companies specifically listed above, you will pay up front for services and then submit your receipt for remuneration. I recommend that you call to find out exactly what your coverage is prior to coming for the session. 

Counselling fees that are not covered by benefits can be paid by debit, credit or cash.
